Job Summary
Diverse Expressions Counseling is hiring a Mental Health Therapist to provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking clinical supervision, flexible scheduling, and steady referrals in a supportive private practice setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy (children, teens, adults)
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments & treatment planning
- Complete progress notes and documentation (EHR)
- Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, play therapy, etc.)
- Collaborate with families, schools, and care teams
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision (for MSW)
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Interest in working with children and families (play therapy experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits
