Hiring experienced professional with expertise in Chemical Processing, Heat Treatment, Surface Coatings, and NDT for Aerospace manufacturing. Must have hands-on experience in NADCAP, AS9100, audits, process control, quality compliance, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Anodizing, Passivation, Plating, Coating & Heat Treatment processes
• Handle NDT and special process operations
• Lead NADCAP / Customer audits & certifications
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance
• Process qualification, documentation & FAI
• Cost control, lab operations & consumable management
• Lead manpower, 5S, Kaizen & productivity improvements
