- Supporting business expansion, new store launches, and process scalability
- Providing regular MIS, dashboards, and operational insights to top management
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA Operations / Healthcare Management preferred)
- Strong exposure to Retail Pharmacy or Healthcare sector is mandatory
Candidates with 15 to 20 years of overall experience in Operations, including a minimum of 8 to 10 years in a senior leadership role, along with proven experience in managing large-scale retail pharmacy or healthcare operations will be preferred. Exposure to multi-location / pan-India operations is considered a strong advantage.
