Job Summary

VRN INC is looking for a proactive and professional Client Success Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and experience in client handling, documentation, and payment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Handle client accounts, payment follow-ups, and maintain proper financial records.
• Coordinate with clients regarding pending payments and collections.
• Schedule and organize meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Discuss project requirements, updates, timelines, and concerns with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client servicing.
• Maintain and organize client documents, agreements, reports, and records.
• Ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Prepare reports related to client accounts, meetings, payments, and project updates.
• Maintain professional verbal and written communication with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Documentation and record management skills.
• Basic understanding of payment tracking and account handling.
• Ability to multitask and manage meetings efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
