VRN INC is looking for a proactive and professional Client Success Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and experience in client handling, documentation, and payment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle client accounts, payment follow-ups, and maintain proper financial records.
- Coordinate with clients regarding pending payments and collections.
- Schedule and organize meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Discuss project requirements, updates, timelines, and concerns with clients.
