Content Writer and Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for content creation, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to build engaging digital campaigns that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels
• Plan and schedule posts, reels, and campaigns aligned with brand strategy
• Write basic scripts for reels, ads, and promotional content
• Develop innovative ideas to increase reach, engagement, and followers
• Monitor social media performance and analyze insights to improve strategies
• Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency

Requirements

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
• Strong creativity and storytelling skills
• Ability to write simple, engaging scripts and captions
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar (preferred)
• Good communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in social media handling or content creation
• Knowledge of reels, short-form video trends, and audience targeting
