Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer to work on PHP/MySql stack within our product development team. You will be working with cutting edge product development using PHP, CodeIgniter, Laravel, MySQL, MVC Framework, Java Script, and other open source technologies to deliver highly scalable solutions. This is a key role in a fast-paced environment, providing a challenging and diverse experience. You will need to meet the following requirements:
Responsibilities
- Designing, Coding, and Debugging web applications using PHP, CodeIgniter, and Laravel.
- Write front-end and back-end components of the applications for UI as well as API interfaces.
- Follow the coding guideline standards and ensure to write bug free code to meet industry standards.
- Unit testing of code before sending it for review.
- Participate in the complete agile software delivery cycle, including development, testing, troubleshooting etc.
- Participate in process improvement program to improve the overall quality of the delivery process.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience using PHP, MySql, MVC architecture, CodeIgniter (or any other framework Laravel/ Zend/ CakePHP/ Symfony/ etc.).
- BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MSc degree preferred
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, SVN, GIT, OOPS concepts
- Strong communication in written and spoken English
- Team player with positive attitude
- Experience in Agile/scrum methodology
- JIRA or any agile tool experience preferred
