Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Kozhikode. The Writer will research and develop clear, engaging content for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and internal documents aligned with client and company objectives. Responsibilities include drafting and editing copy, tailoring messaging for different audiences and platforms, and collaborating with coaches, consultants, and marketing team members to translate complex ideas into accessible language. The Writer will optimize content for clarity, consistency, and brand voice, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high editorial standards. The role may also involve contributing ideas to content strategy, repurposing existing materials, and tracking content performance to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to various audiences and formats.
• Experience creating content for digital channels such as websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, or presentations.
• Ability to conduct structured research, synthesize information, and craft clear, concise narratives from complex topics.
• Familiarity with content and marketing strategy, including basic understanding of SEO principles and audience-focused messaging.
