Warehouse Head

As the Warehouse Head, your role involves overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage and distribution of goods. Your focus will be on maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock management.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and sales teams.
• Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
• Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the warehouse.
• Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Optimize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with transport/logistics teams for timely deliveries.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
