Job Description: Sr. Creative Strategist / Sr. Copywriter(3-4 years of experience)

Ahmedabad | Full-time | Work From Office

For someone on the path to becoming a Creative Director

We’re not looking for someone who only writes well.

We’re looking for someone who can lead the thinking.

Someone who can take a messy brief, find the real problem, shape the creative direction, and turn it into work that moves a brand forward.

This role is much closer to an ACD track than a regular copy/content role.

You’ll work across decks, social media, founder ghostwriting, websites, performance ads, campaigns, scripts, brand narratives, and content calendars.

But your real job is to own the brand’s voice, direction, ideas, and quality.

You should be able to push designers when the visual is not working, editors when the cut is not landing, juniors when the thought is lazy, and clients when the safe option is killing the idea.

You should be able to present your thinking, defend good ideas, take feedback without ego, and give feedback without making the room heavier.
