Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Expert with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should be data-oriented, performance-focused, and capable of driving high-quality leads and ROI through strategic campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Manage budgets effectively and allocate spend across campaigns
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Track conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
- Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and platform updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in PPC/Performance Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification
- Experience with landing page optimization and CRO
- Knowledge of other platforms (LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a plus
