Global Vendor Management

You will be expected to have knowledge of the outsourcing and offshoring industry, along with a high level understanding of technology, including IT and ITeS services scope and contracts. Your role will involve strategically thinking and translating strategies into operational plans and business results. Additionally, you should have experience in managing large-scale organizational changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of outsourcing and offshoring industry
• High level knowledge of technology, ideally with some knowledge of IT and ITeS services scope and contracts
• Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into operational plans and business results
• Experience with managing large-scale organizational change
• 10 to 15 years of IT disciplines in Vendor Management, Service Delivery Management, Program Management
• Strong financial management experience
• Offshore / Outsourcing experience
• IT based degree, university degree, or equivalent work experience required and banking qualifications
