We are seeking a semi experienced Pathology Lab Coordinator to streamline our diagnostic operations.

You will manage the logistical backend of the lab, ensure compliance with healthcare standards (like NABL), and coordinate between phlebotomists, lab technicians, and reporting doctors.

You will handle critical pre-analytical workflows, process patient samples, and support our pathologists and technologists to ensure accurate and timely test results.

What You Will Do:

1. Receive, verify, entries & samples , and centrifuge blood, urine samples.

2. Enter patient details and test requisitions accurately into the LIMS.

3. Oversee daily diagnostic workflows, staff duty rotas, and sample turnaround times (TAT).

4. Manage inventory for reagents, kits, and vacutainers; handle vendor ordering and costs.

5. ⁠Resolve logistics issues regarding sample collection centres and processing hubs.

What We Are Looking For:

any graduate worked in Medical field or DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) or B.Sc. in MLT / Life Sciences.

Basic understanding of medical terminology, phlebotomy, and infection control. Exceptional attention to detail to prevent sample mix-ups.
