Job Description
Role Overview:
As an Outlet Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage outlets effectively by conducting market research, overseeing installations and maintenance, finalizing beat plans, executing promotional activities, and ensuring accurate documentation and supervision of all outlet operations. You will also be responsible for brand communication and visibility, budget coordination, analytics monitoring, and training promoters for optimum performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market recee with Sales team to evaluate and finalize the outlets
- Ensure installations and maintenance at vendor outlets, including bill clearance as per PO
- Finalize beat plans for outlet mapping based on Promotion Plan
- Develop and innovate in Signage Elements such as racks, main shop signage, and gondolas
- Collate and update TSEs & TLs monthly Scores in online & offline Portal
- Prepare contracts for rental outlets and obtain legal team approval
- Supervise documentation of challans, stock register, bills, POs, and attendance of sales team
- Plan and execute POSMs, Display Units, shelf shares for branding and merchandising
- Help SCMM develop brand communication options at various channels
- Coordinate with vendors for signage execution and visibility strategy
- Choose outlets for implementation in coordination with the Sales team
- Use outlets as media vehicles for brand visibility and consumer activations
- Coordinate with manpower agency for budget activities like claim settlement
- Ensure accurate spending of budgets at the state level
- Monitor and report performance to Customer Marketing Manager
- Provide feedback to regional marketing team and sales team based on competitor analysis
- Train third party execution force through on-the-job and scheduled training
- Induct and train promoters as per incentive schemes
- Align sales team to marketing activities and standards through regular communication and meetings
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in outlet management, brand communication, and budget coordination
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and report performance effectively
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with multiple teams and vendors
- Prior experience in training and development of sales promoters is preferred
