About the role
1. Drive Rate of Sale & Growth in Key Outlets
- Sales Growth vs Target (%) – Achievement of volume, dNSV
- High-Value Account Development – Growth rate (sales/value) of identified top-tier or strategic accounts.
- Develop and deploy localized activation strategies that elevate brand visibility, strengthen customer connection, and reinforce brand storytelling
2. Build & Strengthen Customer Relationships
- Key Account Coverage & Engagement – know your accounts and be known by your accounts
- Call on key Multi-Outlet Groups and Regional Customers
- Market Insights Contribution – Frequency and quality of actionable insights shared with BDD/Performance teams (e.g., promotion, pricing, customer and consumer behavior shifts and competitive activity).
3. Champion Flawless Outlet Execution
- Outlet Execution Compliance (%) – % of assigned outlets meeting Diageo brand standards, visibility guidelines, and commercial priorities.
