Associate Logistics

Role Overview and Responsibilities:

Dhruva Space is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Executive to manage import, export, and domestic logistics operations. This role involves end-to-end shipment handling, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customs processes, logistics tracking, and multi-modal transportation, along with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations for import, export, and domestic shipments.
• Handle shipments across air, sea, and road transport modes.
• Manage export and import documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform import/export checklist verification and customs clearance processes.
• Handle HSN classification and ensure proper regulatory adherence.
• Generate reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) for logistics operations.
• Create and manage E-way bills and track shipment insurance.
• Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agents) and freight forwarders.
• Track shipments and manage logistics-related communications/mailbox.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Commerce / BBA or Diploma in SCM & Logistics.
• 2–3 years of experience in import, export, domestic, and customs operations.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and documentation.
• Experience in customs clearance and compliance procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
