You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within the Pune Division to drive revenue and expand market reach. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders

  • Overseeing the performance of the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction

Your qualifications should include:

  • Proficiency in team leadership, management, and performance evaluation
  • Knowledge and understanding of the agricultural industry and plant nutrition solutions is advantageous
  • Experience in managing and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
