Sales Representative (Inside Sales)
DG Galaxy EliteJob Description
As an Inside Sales Representative at Canadian Moving & Logistics, your role involves managing inbound leads and driving revenue for the Canadian moving and logistics operations. You will be working with high-intent leads who are actively looking to move, and your job is to guide them from their first inquiry to a booked move.
- Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone and email, with a focus on maintaining a high "speed-to-lead" to ensure success.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls to understand clients' moving needs and provide accurate and competitive service quotes based on volume of goods, locations, and specialty items.
- Price Quotation: Calculate and present pricing for local and long-distance moves considering factors like weight, distance, and additional services such as packing, storage, and insurance.
- The Follow-Up: Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence as most moving deals are finalized during the 2nd or 3rd follow-up. Effective pipeline management is key.
- Closing: Handle objections, build trust, and secure deposits to secure bookings.
As a Sales Representative for this role, you are required to have:
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in a Call Center or Inside Sales environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills to quickly build rapport with Canadian clients over the phone.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., SmartMoving, HubSpot) to track leads and generate quotes.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to handle price objections and emphasize the value of premium services.
- Work Schedule: Ability to work shifts aligned with Canadian business hours (Eastern or Pacific Standard Time).
If you join us, you can expect:
- Competitive Salary: Strong base salary with an aggressive commission structure.
- Performance Bonuses: Monthly incentives for exceeding booking targets and maintaining high closing ratios.
- Warm Leads: No cold calling as we provide the leads; your focus will be on closing deals.
- Growth Opportunity: Join a fast-growing tech-managed logistics firm with a clear path to sales leadership roles.
If you have a track record of hitting targets and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, we encourage you to apply.
