Job Description
As a Project Manager you will support driving operational excellence, managing team processes, coordinating cross-functional projects, and supporting team engagement initiatives. This role is highly collaborative and focused on process ownership, project coordination, and team operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and audit the team shared drive access, team distribution lists, and quarterly updates for the TM Teamsites page.
- Maintain and quarterly audit the PMO governance and process documentation to ensure high standards of operational excellence.
- Oversee the end-to-end TM intake process ("front door") and manage the team approval workflows to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Lead TM process mapping initiatives, partnering with leadership (LT+1) to conduct yearly audits and updates of team workflows.
- Lead various cross-functional projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Organize and own logistics for TM Town Halls, demos, team-building events, and leadership offsites.
- Manage the onboarding experience for new team members, including access requests, welcome communications, and equipment/swag ordering.
- Facilitate logistics for Program Increment (PI) planning ceremonies and manage the quarterly team engagement calendar.
- Provide ad-hoc support to leadership and serve as the TM POC for weekly TA intake calls.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, process management, consulting, or a combination
- At least 2 years of experience utilizing Google Suite products
- At least 1 year of experience leading projects across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or process management
- Experience with improvement methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, BPM or PM
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions
- At least 2 years of experience working with and demonstrating knowledge of stakeholder management concepts
