Application Production Support (Hybrid in Toronto, Canada)

Job Summary

Dexian is seeking a Application Production Support (Hybrid in Toronto, Canada) for an opportunity with a client located in Toronto, CA.

Responsibilities

• Team handles 40-50 tickets monthly as a team through a shared ServiceNow inbox
• Tickets range from quick resolutions to complex SEV1 incidents
• End to end troubleshooting across multiple systems: TSYS, MasterCard, merchants, downstream applications
• Investigation work: Navigate mainframe files, search account records, identify root causes
• Guide development teams to fixes without doing actual development

Requirements

• Recently in a Production Support / Issue Management role
• TSYS experience or similar system
• ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
• Must have worked in a bank previously
• 1 year contract, can extend and potential for FTE conversion
• Hybrid 2 days per week in downtown Toronto
• 37.5 hours per week M-F with some on-call rotation once per month
