Join a dynamic manufacturing team that plays a critical role in producing life-changing medical technology that helps improve the lives of people around the world. As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll work alongside a collaborative group of professionals dedicated to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.
In this role, you'll operate advanced automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment, including robotic assembly systems, to help ensure our products are built to the highest standards. Work Schedule:
Mon-Fri 6:00AM- 2:30PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operates hand tools, or production equipment.
- Assembles products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or
- diagrams.
- Execute redline experimental requests (ERs) independently.
- Complete and review associated documents.
- Compile and report yield and rejection data on a regular basis.
- Maintain product traceability and reject tracking.
- Proficient with Agile.
- Train new employees.
- Able to work in multiple areas/production lines throughout the workday or work week without oversight from
- Trainer or other experienced Manufacturing Associates.
- Provide feedback to supervisor and engineering teams.
- Able to describe processes to cross-function visitors.
- Follow and enforce GMP guidelines.
- This position assumes and performs other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
