Job Title: Medical Device Sales cum Service Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for both sales and technical service of medical devices. The role includes promoting products, handling client queries, installing equipment, and providing after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and distributors
• Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to customers
• Install, test, and commission medical equipment
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting
• Handle service and maintenance visits
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal sales and service teams
• Prepare reports on sales and service activities

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering / Electronics / Mechanical
• Basic knowledge of medical devices and equipment
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Willingness to travel for client visits
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

Preferred Skills:

• Sales understanding with technical background
• Problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails)

Pay: ₹8,906.38 - ₹48,375.43 per month
