Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Khatauli. The Writer will be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and accurate written content for various internal and external audiences, such as reports, presentations, internal communications, and marketing or branding materials. Day-to-day tasks include gathering information from subject-matter experts, conducting background research, drafting and revising documents, and ensuring consistency with company guidelines and tone of voice. The Writer will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, operations, marketing, and leadership to support communications, campaigns, training materials, and documentation. The role also involves proofreading and editing existing content, maintaining version control, and meeting deadlines while managing multiple assignments.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing abilities, with a proven capacity to produce clear, concise, and structured content for different audiences and formats.
• Ability to perform research, synthesize technical or operational information, and translate complex topics into easily understandable content.
• Attention to detail in grammar, formatting, and style, with strong proofreading and quality-checking habits.
• Effective collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams, gather inputs, and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Proficiency with standard office and documentation tools (e.g., word processing, presentation software, basic spreadsheets); familiarity with digital or content tools is an advantage.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in a writing or communications role will also be considered.
• Experience or strong interest in the automotive or manufacturing sector is an added advantage, along with familiarity with corporate communication practices.
