Job Title: Chat Support Executive
Work Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Relocation Mandatory)
Selected candidates will join our Ahmedabad team and must be open to relocation.
Role Overview
The role involves providing online customer assistance via written channels including email, text, and social platforms. Candidates will handle queries, offer product information, and ensure smooth customer interactions with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer concerns through written support channels
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and empathy in all responses
- Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction
Eligibility
- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Freshers eligible; 1-year customer support experience preferred
- Strong written English skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency
- Comfortable with rotational, weekend, and night shifts
Salary: ₹26,000–₹38,000 CTC (based on experience & interview)
