Job Description

As the Manager, Intra Group Contract Management (Vice President) at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, your role involves ensuring that all intra-group outsourcing services are risk assessed and captured within the contractual framework requirements of DB entities. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in the Future State TPRM initiative, aimed at transforming the overall approach to Third-Party Risk Management. The Intra-Group Contract Management (IGCM) Team, which you will be leading, provides global support in drafting intra-group agreements, maintaining the contracts database, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and executing the Intra Group Contractual Framework and ensuring adherence to minimum control requirements.
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business to advise on IGO contractual requirements.
  • Providing updates on project status and engaging with Risk Type Control functions of the bank.
  • Leading a team of 12 colleagues, managing team performance, and driving cross-skilling initiatives.
  • Working closely with the Head of IGCM to implement strategic initiatives, drive process improvements, and support the IGCM transformation agenda.

In terms of qualifications, you should have:

  • Minimum 10 years of industry experience in Contract Management/Operations Management or related areas.
  • Exposure to Procurement, Legal, Risk, and/or Finance backgrounds.
  • 2-3 years of prior team management experience in a global environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex contractual structures.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
