Role Overview:
The Divisional Data Office in the Private Bank is responsible for managing all aspects of data within the Business Division at the interface to Deutsche Bank Group. You will work closely with both business and IT teams to assign data roles, document data flows, align data requirements, co-own enterprise data models, report data quality, and coordinate data delivery through the group data hub. As a member of the team, you will support data initiatives, such as central Party Data management, by designing solutions, involving stakeholders, and ensuring data policy and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support data initiatives by designing solutions aligned with business processes and group policies and frameworks
- Consolidate requirements from risk, finance, and treasury for harmonized data deliveries from Private Bank and oversee their translation into logical and physical data models
- Structure and share relevant information on data requirements, model versions, and implementation status across Private Bank and with relevant group functions
- Drive issue resolution for Private Bank cross-divisional data provisioning in collaboration with stakeholders
- Optimize data management processes and data roles in partnership with the group CDO team
- Align tasks with the team and Private Bank Data Council priorities
Qualifications Required:
- In-depth understanding of how data and data quality impact processes within the bank, preferably in the retail sector
- Experience with data architecture and challenges related to harmonized data provisioning
- Proven project and stakeholder management capabilities
- Familiarity with interpreting and implementing data-related regulations such as BCBS 239
- Strong team player with open-mindedness, capable of fostering collaboration among diverse teams globally
- Proficiency in fluent English
