Role Overview:
Private Clients - Private Banking is responsible for managing the private banking client portfolio and developing investment strategies based on the bank's management philosophy and client objectives. As a Sales Manager Premium Banking, your role would involve being the first point of contact for clients, representing the bank in the market, building client relationships, and acquiring new clients. You will be responsible for providing holistic advice to clients on investments, pension products, securities, etc., ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining quality and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for clients and representing the bank in the market
- Building client relationships and market network
- Attracting and acquiring new clients
- Providing holistic advice to clients on investments, pension products, securities, etc.
- Ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintaining quality requirements and necessary regulatory approvals
- Increase acquisition of Target clientele in Advantage Banking segments
- Assist in conducting local level sales drive for acquisition
- Acquire new accounts from group companies/family of existing customers
- Build synergies for maximum penetration of Investment & Insurance sales to new customers
- Implement customer contact programs to increase share of wallet
- Ensure smooth transition of customer management post-acquisition
- Monitor high net worth accounts closely to ensure regular use
- Work towards reactivating dormant accounts
- Ensure adherence to compliance norms and risk management policies
- Provide regular feedback on changing customer needs
Qualification Required:
- In-depth knowledge of products and policies
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of market updates and competition
- Awareness and information about the competition
