Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer (Node.js + Python) with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both Node.js and Python frameworks and have a strong interest or experience in AI/LLM integrations. This role involves designing scalable backend services, integrating AI-driven APIs, and ensuring performance, reliability, and security across multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Python.
• Build and optimize REST APIs and automation pipelines for scalable system interactions.
• Integrate AI/LLM-based systems using frameworks and tools like LangChain, LangGraph, or OpenAI APIs.
• Ensure system performance, responsiveness, and data protection through best practices in code architecture.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while following version control standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing backend solutions for improved resilience and scalability.
• Deploy and maintain services on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and asynchronous programming patterns.
• Strong knowledge of Python and relevant frameworks like FastAPI or Django.
• Experience or familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AI API integrations (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and server-side security.
• Hands-on work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
• Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
• Good understanding of containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and cloud deployment practices.
