🚨 We’re Hiring | Junior Architect
đź“Ť Location: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team and work on interior and architectural projects from concept to execution.
🔹 Design & Drawing Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D working drawings
- Space planning and furniture layouts
- Interior detailing drawings
- Ceiling, electrical and plumbing coordination drawings
- Prepare presentation drawings for clients
🔹 Software Skills Required:
âś” AutoCAD
âś” SketchUp
âś” Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray
âś” Basic Photoshop / Canva
âś” Excel for BOQ preparation and tracking
🔹 Site Coordination:
- Visit project sites regularly
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers and civil teams
- Ensure execution matches approved drawings
- Take site measurements
🔹 Client Coordination:
- Understand client requirements
- Present concepts and material ideas
- Handle minor revisions
- Share project updates
🔹 Material & Vendor Coordination:
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Assist in material selection
- Track site material requirements
🔹 Documentation:
- BOQ preparation
- Estimation support
- Daily / Weekly site progress reports
- Maintain project files and revisions
