Our Family owned practice is looking for a motivated, people-focused Dental Recall Receptionist who loves connecting with patients and keeping schedules full!
What You’ll Do
- Work on our hygiene recall & reactivation efforts
- Reach out to overdue patients and bring them back in
- Keep the hygiene schedule full and productive
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and patient flow
- Deliver a warm, professional front desk experience
What You Bring
- Dental reception experience
- Confidence with patient communication & follow-ups
- Strong organization and a proactive mindset
- Experience with Dentrix dental software (asset)
- Experience with recallmax ( Maxassist ) Is an asset
