Social Media Freelancer (Part-Time)
Dentistry at the Grove – Burlington, ON

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Freelancer to manage and grow our online presence while maintaining the aesthetic and voice our patients already know and love.

Role Overview
As our Social Media Freelancer, you will take ownership of our existing Instagram and Facebook accounts, continuing our established brand while bringing fresh ideas to the table. You’ll help showcase our team, services, and patient experience in a way that feels authentic, engaging, and aligned with our practice values.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram and Facebook
- Maintain and evolve our current brand aesthetic and tone
- Develop creative ideas for posts, reels, and stories (educational, promotional, and behind-the-scenes content)
- Capture content in-office (team moments, treatments, patient experience, etc.)
- Write captions that are friendly, informative, and on-brand
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when appropriate
- Stay current with social media trends and suggest new strategies
- Collaborate with the team on promotions, events, and campaigns
Qualifications
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
- Strong content creation skills (photo, video, reels)
- Excellent written communication with a friendly, approachable tone
- Ability to maintain brand consistency while introducing new ideas
- Organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience in healthcare or dental marketing is an asset, but not required
