We are looking for a Dental Administrator in the area of Beddington NW

We are a well-established, patient-focused dental office with a small, close-knit team, seeking a reliable and personable Part-Time Dental Administrator to join our practice.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident in communication, and able to balance professionalism with warmth when interacting with patients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing appointment bookings and patient scheduling efficiently

Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous and professional manner

Handling patient payments and financial discussions with firmness and empathy

Assisting with front-desk coordination and daily administrative tasks

Supporting a collaborative and positive team environment

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a dental administrative role

Ability to remain calm and professional when assisting anxious or overwhelmed patients

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general computer skills

Experience with Tracker Dental Software is considered a strong asset

Highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask effectively

A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
