Job Description
We are hiring experienced RCM professionals for multiple roles including AR Calling, Medical Coding, Payment Posting, Credentialing, and Authorization. Candidates should have hands-on experience in U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- AR follow-up with insurance companies
- Denial management and appeals
- Payment posting (ERA/EOB)
- Insurance verification and authorization
- Credentialing and payer enrollment
- Accurate coding (ICD-10, CPT, modifiers)
- Maintaining documentation and reports
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year experience in US Healthcare RCM
- Good communication skills (for AR calling roles)
- Knowledge of billing software and payer portals
- Understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and modifiers
- Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
Work Policy:
- This is a Work From Home role
- Performance will be closely monitored
- Candidates not meeting expectations may be required to work from the office within 1 week
