Job Description

We are hiring experienced RCM professionals for multiple roles including AR Calling, Medical Coding, Payment Posting, Credentialing, and Authorization. Candidates should have hands-on experience in U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• AR follow-up with insurance companies
• Denial management and appeals
• Payment posting (ERA/EOB)
• Insurance verification and authorization
• Credentialing and payer enrollment
• Accurate coding (ICD-10, CPT, modifiers)
• Maintaining documentation and reports

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year experience in US Healthcare RCM
• Good communication skills (for AR calling roles)
• Knowledge of billing software and payer portals
• Understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and modifiers
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines

Work Policy:

• This is a Work From Home role
• Performance will be closely monitored
• Candidates not meeting expectations may be required to work from the office within 1 week
