The Restaurant Manager is fully responsible for driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while ensuring smooth end-to-end restaurant operations, hygiene compliance, team discipline, and cost control.
Sales performance is the primary KPI.

- Strong sales mindset with hands-on operational leadership

- High ownership, discipline, and attention to detail
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
- Experience in casual dining, fine dining, or high-volume restaurants
- Strong local market knowledge
