Work you'll do

As a Specialist, Talent Development on the Learning Design Services team, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning solutions across web-based, computer-based, and instructor-led formats.

  • Analyze instructional design project requirements and work with project managers on scoping and solutioning.
  • Use authoring tools and templates to design and develop learning deliverables aligned to project scope.
  • Create storyboards and design specifications to guide content development.
  • Develop training materials including instructor guides, participant guides, handouts, graphics, visuals, job aids, and self-study materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and technical team members, while escalating issues affecting scope or timeliness.

Location: Bangalore

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM (occasionally expected to work in a flexi-shift)

Qualifications

Required:

  • Post-graduate degree
  • 4-8 years of experience in a learning and development organization developing application simulations, instructor-led trainings (ILTs), virtual instructor-led trainings (VILTs), web-based trainings (WBTs), job aids, and quick reference cards (QRCs)
  • Experience researching, analyzing, designing, developing, and customizing instructional materials for web-based training (WBT), computer-based training (CBT), and instructor-led training (ILT)
  • Experience creating instructional content from different types of input material
  • Experience applying instructional strategies, models, and theories in content development
  • Experience using templates to develop instructional materials
  • Experience visualizing content and partnering with graphic designers to develop graphics and animations

Preferred

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Presenter, Brainshark, ADAPT, or Zoomforth
  • Experience creating storyboards for ILT, CBT, and WBT formats
  • Experience collaborating with graphic designers and technology experts to deliver learning solutions within timelines
  • Experience managing project updates, risks, and escalations with project stakeholders
