About the job:

Key responsibilities: Social Media Marketing Manager

1. Develop and execute a result-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and marketing goals.

2. Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos).

3. Maintain and manage a content calendar for campaigns and daily posting.

4. Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content teams for high-quality creative.

5. Monitor trends, memes, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.

6. Handle community management by responding to comments, DMs, and audience queries.

7. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare regular reports.

8. Optimize content and campaigns based on data insights and analytics.

9. Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to increase reach and leads.

10. Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all platforms.

11. Coordinate with marketing and growth teams for integrated campaigns.
