Lead Developer - Backend & Frontend Technologies

As a Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and aligning engineering outcomes with the business strategy. Your responsibilities will include the following key areas:

• Partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing development team, promoting best practices and code quality
• Architecting, designing, and implementing scalable applications to meet system and business requirements
• Overseeing the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and code reviews

• Minimum 7+ years of experience building complex, public-facing systems using technologies such as Node.js, React.js, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, GraphQL, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, and proficiency in Linux environments
• Strong grasp of database design and query optimization
