SaaS Solutions Engineer for IT Management

Become a critical link between clients and technology as a Solutions Engineer. Engage with sales teams to create effective solutions for global IT equipment deployment and asset lifecycle management. This role emphasizes strategic collaboration with Account Executives and product teams.

You'll unpack client pain points, design tailored technology solutions, and steer discussions on IT security and procurement strategies. Additionally, you'll leverage cross-functional teamwork to ensure compliance and streamline implementation across various markets. Key Responsibilities:

• Uncover technical challenges in pre-sales discussions
• Create bespoke solution packages for clients
• Manage demonstrations and RFP responses effectively
• Propose IT platform configurations based on client needs
• Provide insights on compliance and import/export logistics Requirements:
• 3+ years in client-facing technical roles
• Experience in SaaS or IT Asset Management preferred
• Strong understanding of systems architecture
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
• Experience in building analytical tools in Excel Support clients in navigating complexities in global IT management effectively.
