IT Infrastructure & O365 Administrator

About the Role

Decoding IT Solution is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure & O365 Administrator to manage, implement, and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft O365, infrastructure implementation, security, and networking, along with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft O365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and related applications.
• Handle day-to-day IT operations, user support, and system administration tasks.
• Plan and execute new IT infrastructure implementations as per company requirements.
• Administer and maintain Domain Servers (Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP) with future scalability in mind.
• Implement and manage IT security measures, policies, and best practices.
• Design, configure, and support network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, firewalls, switches, routers).
• Learn and implement new technologies as required by the organization.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and security issues efficiently.
• Provide regular updates and report directly to management.
• Take ownership of tasks and handle new challenges proactively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
