Role Overview:

As an Online Merchandiser at Decathlon Sports India, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational management and optimization of product categories, product detail pages, and sport landing pages in the ecommerce space. Your deep understanding of online consumer journey behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape will be key in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experience within the assigned product categories. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve online journey behavioral metrics objectives and maximize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sport site merchandising calendar for the website based on seasonality and turnover trends.
  • Design and implement online customer journey experiences suitable for the sports universe.
  • Monitor and analyze website shopping journey and behavioral data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage SEO keyword rankings and behavioral metrics such as PPV, ATC, CTR.
  • Collaborate with the X-Commerce team to ensure product features are developed based on customer behavioral insights.
  • Collaborate with Category Managers and Product Managers to plan and implement effective online customer journey experiences and optimize site merchandising features.
  • Work closely with the Country Customer Service Team to address customer sentiments and grievances in the customer journey.

Qualifications

  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • Proficient analytical skills with a strong ability in data analysis.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills are essential.
