Every great talent team starts with exceptional hiring. As a Recruiting Coordinator on our GTM Recruiting team, you’ll play a critical role in helping Decagon build a world class GTM team.
About the Role
You’ll partner closely with recruiters, go to market leaders, and interviewers to orchestrate a seamless hiring experience for some of the world’s top GTM talent. From coordinating complex interview loops to helping us continuously improve our recruiting operations, you’ll be at the center of one of the company’s most important functions.
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how world-class GTM recruiting operates inside one of the fastest-growing AI companies. You’ll work alongside experienced recruiters, revenue leaders, gain exposure to the full hiring lifecycle, and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in Talent.
In this role, you will
- Own end-to-end interview coordination and scheduling with precision and care, managing complex, high-volume calendars across candidates, interviewers, and leadership.
- Champion a white-glove candidate experience from first touch to close.
- Build trust through clear, proactive communication with candidates, interviewers, hiring teams, and cross-functional partners across People/HR, EA team, Workplace, and Finance.
- Partner closely with recruiting and hiring stakeholders to proactively solve scheduling challenges and keep hiring momentum high.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across scheduling systems and recruiting tools, ensuring information is accurate and processes are executed flawlessly.
- Track scheduling timelines and SLAs, surfacing trends and risks to recruiters and hiring managers to keep stakeholders informed.
- Help elevate the team's coordination practices by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, leverage AI and improve the candidate experience at scale.

- Experience coordinating recruiting or supporting go to market teams.
- Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows or improve operational efficiency.
Compensation
$90 - $110k + Equity
