You are a results-oriented Growth Marketing professional with hands-on experience in campaign design, B2B deal generation, email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and sales navigation tools. Your role involves planning, designing, and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with revenue and growth targets. You will manage multi-channel campaigns, track campaign KPIs, and optimize performance based on analytics.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Plan, design, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (B2B focused)
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with revenue and growth targets
- Manage multi-channel campaigns including email, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach
- Track campaign KPIs and optimize performance based on analytics
In terms of B2B deal generation, you will:
- Generate high-quality B2B leads through targeted outreach
- Build and manage outbound prospecting pipelines
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into SQLs
- Identify and nurture key accounts for long-term partnerships
For Email Marketing, your tasks will include:
- Design automated email sequences and drip campaigns
- Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy
- Use segmentation and personalization to improve open and response rates
- Monitor email analytics (CTR, open rate, conversion rate)
In LinkedIn Marketing & Sales Navigator, you will:
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect identification and lead targeting
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns (organic + outbound)
- Build brand authority through content-driven LinkedIn strategies
- Track engagement metrics and optimize outreach strategies
Your responsibilities also involve Sales Development & Funnel Management:
- Develop lead qualification frameworks
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline movement
- Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams
- Improve conversion rates across the marketing funnel
Qualifications required for this role:
- 13+ years of experience in B2B marketing / growth marketing / demand generation
- Proven experience in campaign design and execution
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Email marketing tools, CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Experience in lead scoring and segmentation strategies
Preferred qualifications include:
- MBA in Marketing / Business / Growth Strategy
- Experience working with SaaS / Tech / AI-based companies
- Basic knowledge of performance marketing & paid ads
- Understanding of automation tools and workflow integrations
