- Experience with providing support in areas of budget, reporting, billing, and financial management for IT initiatives
- Experience in performing financial and business analyses; compiles, analyzes and records financial information and proactively identifies and communicates cost avoidance and cost reduction initiatives
- Experience developing, performing, and managing all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for IT projects/initiatives
- Experience developing and maintaining financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast, and budget; understands and incorporates metrics into reports to highlight relevant trends and support fact-based business decisions
- Experiencing communicating financial information and strategic issues in a clear manner; produces high quality presentations that communicate a clear message to senior management

- Expert/ Master o High School Diploma + 12 years of experience o Associates Degree + 10 years of experience o Bachelors Degree + 8 years of experience o Masters Degree + 6 years of experience o PhD + 4 years of experience The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 53,000 to 270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
