Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and administer civil contracts in accordance with contract conditions (FIDIC/Metro standards).
- Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, and contract conditions.
- Handle procurement processes, including prequalification, bid evaluation, and contract award.
- Monitor contract performance, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, and quality.
- Manage variations, claims, and change orders, including evaluation and recommendations.
- Provide support in dispute resolution, arbitration, and contractual negotiations.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors on contractual matters.
- Ensure proper documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping of contract activities.
- Review billing, certifications, and payment approvals as per contract provisions.
- Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support project management in cost control and commercial management.
- Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
