Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an r's'sh'd position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves supporting day-to-day project activities, coordinating with site teams and stakeholders, and assisting in planning and executing tasks to meet project timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities may include preparing and maintaining documentation, monitoring progress, helping manage resources, and escalating issues to supervisors when needed. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, procurement, and administrative staff to ensure smooth site operations and compliance with company processes. The role also includes contributing to a safe work environment, following established safety guidelines, and participating in process improvements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination capabilities to manage daily on-site tasks, documentation, and communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of construction project workflows, including scheduling, resource allocation, and site reporting (prior exposure to infrastructure or building projects is an advantage).
• Proficiency with common office and reporting tools (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn project-specific software or systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages to interact with project teams, vendors, and internal departments.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to follow defined processes and safety standards on site.
• Ability to work full-time on site in Ahmedabad, adapt to a fast-paced construction environment, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Relevant educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Prior experience in a construction, infrastructure, or real estate environment is beneficial but not mandatory, depending on seniority of the role.
