Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CA Article Assistant based in Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab, India. The CA Article Assistant will be involved in day-to-day activities such as assisting with audits, preparing and filing tax returns, GST compliance, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and corporate regulations. The role also includes working closely with senior professionals to provide advisory and compliance solutions, supporting litigation matters, and collaborating on the preparation of reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Accounting and auditing: Knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial statements analysis.
• Taxation and compliance: Expertise in direct and indirect tax filing, GST compliance, and corporate tax regulations.
• Analytical and problem-solving: Strong skills in analyzing financial data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preparing detailed reports.
• Communication and coordination: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Technical proficiency: Proficient in accounting and tax software, as well as Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
• Educational background: CA Inter qualified or equivalent, with a strong academic record in finance, accounting, or related disciplines.
