Entry-Level Software Trainee

Job Description

• We are seeking motivated and career-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Software Trainee. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start or transition into a career in Information Technology.
• Selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience working on real-time client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in development, testing, and debugging of applications
• Work closely with senior team members on client projects Prepare technical documentation and reports
• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
• Participate in training programs in technologies such as Java, .NET, Python,Data Engineering, or AI/ML

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (STEM preferred, but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Authorization:

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We welcome applicants including U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and individuals with valid work authorization (e.g., H4 EAD).

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Knowledge of Java, Python, SQL, or web technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Prior internship or academic project experience in IT.
