Job Description
As the Back Office Manager at our company, your role is crucial in ensuring that day-to-day back-office production tasks are carried out efficiently to meet Customer Service Level Agreements and company budget goals. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading designated production projects to meet or exceed gross margin targets
- Directing all production projects to meet client Service Level Agreements and other contractual obligations
- Managing budgets for production projects assigned by the Senior Manager
- Maintaining and reporting monthly operations metrics to the executive team
- Assigning Assistant Managers and Supervisors to projects, including new ones
- Establishing productivity standards to meet financial goals and creating bonus incentive plans
- Delivering presentations to clients and executive management on project quality, productivity, and financial performance
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and service opportunities
- Utilizing the DATAMARK ISO BPMS or site-specific BPMS system to control back-office operations
- Developing Assistant Managers and Supervisors for promotional opportunities and evaluating their performance
- Assisting in hiring and training new staff
- Being capable of performing the work activities of any assigned Back Office Assistant Managers when required
Qualifications required for this role include:
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Field Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of back office experience with 4 years in a supervisory role and 2 years in a management role
Position Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a back office management role
Other Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in meeting company budgets, profitability targets, and creating staffing plans
