Role Overview
We’re looking for a video editor who doesn’t just cut footage — but understands what makes content work.
This is not a traditional editing role. You’ll be working at the intersection of AI, storytelling, and social media — crafting high-performing videos that are sharp, fast-paced, and built for distribution.

What You’ll Do
1. Video Editing & Storytelling
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Turn raw footage into engaging, high-retention content
- Add pacing, hooks, captions, transitions, and visual elements that drive engagement
2. AI-Driven Content Creation
- Use AI tools to enhance video production (visuals, voice, effects, workflows)
- Experiment with new AI workflows to improve speed and quality
- Collaborate with the team to push boundaries of AI-led storytelling
3. Content Optimization
- Understand what performs on different platforms and edit accordingly
- Continuously iterate based on performance (watch time, retention, engagement)
- Repurpose content across formats and platforms
4. Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with content strategists, writers, and on-camera talent
- Execute quickly on ideas — from rough cuts to final outputs
- Maintain consistency in visual style and brand identity
Who You Are
- 2–3 years of experience in video editing for social media or digital platforms
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition
- Proficient in editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for video/content creation
- Deep understanding of social media trends and formats
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality
