Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Department
Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecaller for our Loan Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining loan products, and assisting customers throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products
- Handle inbound inquiries related to loans
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales
- Maintain customer data and update records regularly
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling / sales (preferably in loans or BFSI)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
