Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Department

Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months (Freshers with relevant skills can also apply)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecaller for our Loan Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining loan products, and assisting customers throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products
• Handle inbound inquiries related to loans
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales
• Maintain customer data and update records regularly
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling / sales (preferably in loans or BFSI)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
