Personal Assistant to the Studio Director
Dance Arts Collective
Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support the Studio Director in day-to-day operations of our growing dance studio collective as well as to assist the Director with general administrative and personal tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys working with both people and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and personal support to the Director
- Assist with studio operations and daily logistics
- Help coordinate events, recitals, and dance competitions
- Support marketing tasks with the Marketing Team (social media, newsletters, content capture, etc)
- Responsible for keeping three Studio locations fully stocked and organized
Qualifications
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, thrives under pressure and meets deadlines
- Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented
Preferred
- Administrative or assistant experience
- Background in a dance studio environment
- Access to a vehicle as we have three Studio locations
